Mr Gary Kode has been performing Breast Augmentation surgery for over 15 years with excellent results.

The appearance of a woman’s breasts is a highly sensitive and personal issue for her. Sometimes a woman may feel that her breasts are too small or one breast may be bigger than the other, and this can affect her self-esteem. For some women, the breasts may lose volume and sag, due to ageing, after pregnancy and breastfeeding or weight loss. In addition, breasts which are symmetrical and balanced according to each person’s natural body shape and size size, rather than being too big, too small or uneven in size, enables a woman to fit comfortably into clothing, making dressing a much easier and more rewarding.

Breast augmentation surgery can increase the size of your breasts to enhance your female shape in a natural-looking way or for those who have matured or lost significant weight, restore your shape to its natural balanced beauty. When Breast Augmentation is combined with a Breast Lift, it provides a youthful more feminine look to your breasts.

In order to achieve the most aesthetically pleasing result, Mr Kode will consult with you to determine what breast size and shape best suits your body type and proportions in order to achieve a natural-looking result. He will help you choose the appropriate implant type – silicone or saline – and incision site, which is either along the crease under the breast, the armpit, or around the areola of the nipple.

The breast implant is inserted into a pocket either under the pectoral muscle that sits on the rib cage or directly behind the breast tissue, on top of the pectoral muscle. Recovery from the procedure is generally 24 to 48 hours and you will need to rest for a few days. You may experience soreness and swelling for a few weeks. While results are immediately noticeable and long lasting, it’s important to realise they are not permanent and as your breast size and shape will still fluctuate with age, they may require replacement at some point.
