A surgical Neck Lift can give you a more defined youthful appearance as it addresses loose “turkey gobbler” neck skin, vertical muscle banding in the neck (platysmal bands) and excess fat under the chin.

While Facelift Surgery usually includes the neck and jowls, sometimes a neck lift alone is all you might require. Mr Kode may recommend general anaesthesia or twilight sedation, depending on how much surgery is required.

Small incisions are made under the chin and behind the ear and fat is removed via Liposuction. Any extremely loose skin is removed and platysmal muscles are tightened – sometimes by way of a permanent stitch from ear to ear, depending on how lifted you want your neck to appear.

Post-surgery, you may experience some swelling and bruising. Most clients return to work after 10 days.

Neck Lift Surgery may be combined with Facelift, Brow Lift or Eyelid Surgery.
